It's a Sunday which means three things! - Relaxing, GRLPOWR CHAT and BLOGGER POWR! Today we are sharing the interview with the lovely Siobhan at https://siobhanscarlettwriter.com.


Blogging and me! 

- How would you describe your blog in a few words?
My thoughts probably in a very disorganised way! It's mainly about health and chronic illness.

- Which blogpost, that you have uploaded, is your favourite?
'My Hypermobility Toolkit' I got quite a lot of good feedback on that one, and it was lovely to think it may have helped someone

- How long have you been blogging?
I'm really new to blogging, so it's only been about 7/8 months.

- What's your favourite part of blogging?
Getting to chat to other people who have had similar experiences to me.

- What is your blogging method? (E.g. do you take photos before writing up your post?) 
I'm still working out my method and I seem to be more focused on writing drafts first. I want to put more effort into the photo side of it.

- What advice do you give to new bloggers to stand out in the crowd?
I think as long as you are genuine and write about things you are really interested in, in time success will follow. You can't force it. 

- What are your favourite blog posts to create?
I like creating recipes, so they're always fun to experiment with and I enjoy taking the photos for them.


About me: 

- How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
over thinker, loyal, silly.

- What is your favourite thing to do to relax? 
I really enjoy meditating to relax and refocus. 

- Name 3 things you couldn't live without!
can't live without exercise, music and my friends.

- Do you have any bad habits?
I bite my nails and have done for years, I just can't stop!

- What has been your proudest moment so far?
I was proud to graduate university, as I had a lot of health problems so didn't think I'd be able to finish my degree. 

- What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to read, watch trashy tv, paint, listen to music,  play guitar and exercise

- What are your future aspirations in life?
I really want to get very fit. I have a lot of health obstacles which get in the way of that, so I feel extra motivated to fight against them. I would like to work in a creative job, or a job which helps other people.

- Name three things that never fail to make you smile.
I really enjoy Catfish, it does always make me smile. Memories and reading over diaries makes me smile. My boyfriend always makes me smile...even when I don't want to.

- Confession time! What is your most embarrassing moment?
When I was 17 I wanted to apply for an ID which would say I was over 18. I tried to change a photo copy of my birthday certificate to say 1988 instead of 1990. The thing is, I stupidly changed it to 1880. When I handed it in, it was pretty obvious what I was trying to do.
